Mr. Goldsmith joined DCS Capital in 1998 as a Vice President and was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of DCS Trust in 2000. In 2001, he was named President and Chief Operating Officer of DCS Capital Management Corp., and in 2002 he led the spin-off to form DCS Capital Partners LLP In 2005, Mr. Goldsmith was named President and Chief Executive Officer of DCS Capital Partners LLP. During his tenure, Mr. Goldsmith led the acquisition of James Advisors in NY. He also led the creation of DCS Capital International Advisors in Toronto and the Global Convertible team in our Cleveland office.
Mr. Goldsmith earned an MBA from St. John's University at New York, a BS in Finance from Stony Brook University and is a graduate of the Securities Industry Association’s Institute at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
