Mr. Gross is Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at DCS Capital Partners, where he oversees the firm’s investment and research functions. Mr. Gross serves as a Senior Portfolio Manager and is responsible for developing the firm’s economic outlook. Additionally, he is a member of the firm’s Asset Allocation and Business Management Committees. Mr. Gross graduated Cum Laude from Albany Law School.He also earned his MS in Economics from Louisiana State University. Mr. Gross began his career with the U.S. Peace Corps where he served as a Program Director for two years in Togo, West Africa. Prior to joining DCS Capital in 1999, Mr. Gross worked for Zimmer Partners and Polar Capital, as Senior Economist and Fixed Income Strategist. Mr. Gross achieved the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst in 1998 and is a member of the American Economic Association, the CFA Institute, and the CFA Society of Dallas-Fort Worth. He is a member of the Board of Trustees of Millsaps College and serves as a board member for the Wilson Fund and Capital for Kids, an organization comprising members of the investment management business dedicated to meeting the needs of at-risk children in North Texas.
